Pattern FAQ's
Do I have to use dpn's or circular needles?
No. All my patterns are written to be knit on two straight needles and finished with seaming. If you prefer to use these type of needles you may wish to do so to save on the seaming at the end.
What materials do I need?
All my patterns require 3.25mm needles, DK weight yarn (8ply), toy stuffing, scissors, yarn needle and 5mm toy safety eyes.
Can you teach me to knit?
My patterns assume you already know the basic stitches for knitting a project. I hope to have a few instructional videos added to the site soon. There is a description beside each pattern which lists which skills are required to complete the pattern.

Can I sell the toys made from your patterns?
Yes you can sell any toys made from the Jelly Bum patterns, however please credit Jelly Bum patterns with the original design.
Can I re-sell or copy your patterns?
No, Jelly Bum patterns are sold on a strictly single license to each buyer. You do not have permission to distribute (for free, or for profit) copies of the patetrns in printed, electronic or any other format. Action will be taken against anyone found to be violating this copyright.
Payment FAQ's
Which payments do you take?
Currenctly I only accept Paypal, it's extremely secure for the buyer and the only details I recieve are your name, email address and your payment. You can sign up for a free account at www.paypal.com
What about e-cheques?
I accept e-cheque payments via paypal. Please allow 3-7 days for the cheque to clear, your pattern will be sent as soon as the cheque has cleared.
What is your privacy policy?
I never send on your details to any 3rd party company. I won't spam your email with offers and promotions, I will only ever use your details to contact you about your order.
Shipping
Why is there no shipping cost?
Patterns are sent via pdf downloads to your email address, so please make sure you provide me with a valid working email address when making your purchase, if you do not want the patterns sent to you paypal email please let me know the email address to send them to.
Have you sent out my order?
Please check your spam or bulk folders as pattern can often be sent straight there due to large file attachments. If you still haven't recieved your pattern(s) please contact me.

What's your refund policy?
Sorry as the pattern cannot be returned once sent I cannot offer a refund once the pattern have been emailed out. Please make sure you list the correct patterns when purchasing any pattern deals.
